I usually go to this store but probably not again. I ordered a pair of runners from this store for my son as his Christmas present. He has extra wide feet so it wasn't easy for us to find the right ones for him and this store didn't stock anything suitable for him. Whilst I was checking their website I found the right size shoes for him. I asked the gentleman at the counter to order the shoes for us and he said it will take for a week to get his order at the the store. I was happy with that. Since no phone call after waiting for more than a week I rang them to find out if they received the shoes. Their answer was "Sorry the warehouse didn't have them in stock". And that was 3days before Christmas. Well done Jim Kidd Morley! Your prices are good but you failed to provide a basic customer service.

Good range, got some nice new nikes for a pretty good price. No customer service though, the whole time I was in the store? Weird. Maybe they're just short staffed. Checkout girl wasn't friendly at all so it makes me wonder what they're like to work for lol

Epic service provided by the Morley store.... In short I had an issue with a manufacturer and received a poor response.. The Store Manager Darren then decided to assist me with the issue and simply resolved it … the shoe manufacturer should be ashamed of the poor service as Jim Kidd Morley service exceptional as always.. Thanks Darren and team!!

Excellent service, Corey spent a long time helping me find the right product and knew so much about each element of the shoe and explained what was more suitable. The Manager was lovely assisting with a return of a faulty shoe I'd gotten from another store. I'd highly recommend this store.

I was served by Marc in the Morley store today. Wonderful young man who gave great service and attention to a few of us in the store. I would also like to add, the recommendation he gave me, with my specific needs was spot on. I love my purchase. Thank you for making it easy.
